Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken
- 3 cup Pretzels
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
- 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Chicken Breast
- Grind up pretzels into pieces in a food processor (or your Ninja) nothing that blender can't handle!
- 'Sz
- Combine all ingredients but chicken into the food processor or blender and mix together.
- Coat wet ingredient mixture on the chicken.
- Dredge chicken in the crushed pretzels.
- Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with left over mustard sauce you made :)
