Green Pepper Stuffing Recipe

  1. Fry off grnd beef; add in onion and fry till transparent.
  2. Add in other greens and ham.
  3. Fry till cooked, stirring often.
  4. Add in bread crumbs and water and bouillon, etc.
  5. water and seasoning.
  6. Stir till desired consistency is reached.
  7. Pan spray pans and fill with stuffing.
  8. Top with plain bread crumbs.
  9. Dot with butter and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour to 45 min till bubbly.
  10. Will fit 2 (9 inch) pie pans and serve about 8 as a side dish.
