Most Excellent Hash Brown Casserole
- 1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash browns
- 2 (12 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
- 1 (12 ounce) soup can filled with milk
- 1.5 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Stir together cream of celery soup and milk in saucepan or microwaveable bowl.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes.
- Stir into soup/milk mixture.
- Heat just until combined, using whisk if possible; small bits of cheese may remain.
- In large bowl combine hash browns and soup mixture.
- Pour into 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish.
- Bake 45 to 60 minutes, or until bubbly and light brown on top.
