Minestrone Soup ( Wayne's Style)

  1. Brown sausage in oil.
  2. After browning sausage, drain excess grease then put all ingredients ( except noodles) in a stock pot and simmer for 45 minutes then add pasta and continue a low simmer for 45 more minutes.
  3. Soup is ready when pasta and vegetables are tender.
  4. You can use a crock pot and downsize the recipe setting the cooking time for 4-6 hours.
