No-Bake Tamale Pie

  1. In nonstick 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add polenta rounds and cook about 2 minutes per side or until golden.
  3. Meanwhile, in microwave-safe medium bowl, stir together takeout chili and chiles with their liquid.
  4. Cover and microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Stir in 3 tablespoons cilantro.
  6. Spoon chili into 4 shallow bowls.
  7. Top with polenta rounds and sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
