Salad, Black Bean

  1. Chop lettuce and tomatoes; combine in bowl and top with black beans (drained).
  2. Peel and then grate or chop carrots; sprinkle on top of salad.
  3. Split salad between four people, and serve everyone a glass of milk (8 ounces = 1 cup) and an apple.
