Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast

  1. Heat skillet or griddle over medium high heat.
  2. Make four peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
  3. Use more or less peanut butter and jelly as desired.
  4. Whisk eggs with half and half or milk in shallow bowl.
  5. Dip each sandwich in mixture, coating both sides.
  6. Spray skillet with butter and fry until golden brown on each side, about 2 minutes per side.
  7. Drizzle with syrup and serve.
