Cake Mix Red Velvet Cake
- 1 (18 ounce) box white cake mix
- 3 egg whites (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 13 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 13 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 2 tablespoons red food coloring
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- cream cheese frosting
- Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease/flour baking pans.
- Prepare cake mix according to directions.
- Before beating, add the red food coloring, vinegar, and cocoa powder.
- Cool cake completely.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting.
