The Beekman 1802 Chopped Salad

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, mayo, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the bell peppers, tomato, cucumber, onion, chickpeas, avocado and lettuce and toss to combine.
  3. Serve in chilled plates.
