Thai Flank Steak Recipe

  1. In small bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes.
  2. Pour over steak, cover and chill several hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Remove meat; reserve marinade for basting.
  4. Place steak on oiled grill over warm coals.
  5. Close lid grill 15 to 20 min, turning once and basting with marinade during last 5 min.
  6. Cut cooked steak diagonally into thin slices.
  7. Bring remaining marinade to boil, then spoon over meat.
  8. Garnish with green onions.
  9. 4 servings.
