Bruschetta

  1. Mix all ingredients together except bread and butter.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. Just before serving, thinly slice baguette and place on a cookie sheet.
  4. Brush melted butter over the bread and place under a broiler until lightly toasted, approximately 2 minutes.
  5. Serve toasted bread alongside the bruschetta.
