Smoked Trout Pancakes
- 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- grated rind and juice of 1 lime
- tabasco sauce
- 1 medium whole smoked trout, skin removed and broken into pieces
- 8 frozen crepes, thawed
- green salad, for serving
- Combine the Philly*, sour cream, chives, rind and juice of lime, sauce and trout.
- Divide Philly* mixture and spread evenly over the pancakes.
- Roll to enclose the filling.
- Place onto an oven tray and cover well with foil.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 10-15 minutes or until crepes are warmed through.
- Serve with a green salad.
