Smoked Trout Pancakes

  1. Combine the Philly*, sour cream, chives, rind and juice of lime, sauce and trout.
  2. Divide Philly* mixture and spread evenly over the pancakes.
  3. Roll to enclose the filling.
  4. Place onto an oven tray and cover well with foil.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven for 10-15 minutes or until crepes are warmed through.
  6. Serve with a green salad.
