Salmon en Papillote aka Salmon Pouches in an Oven
- 1 pound Salmon Fillet
- 1 teaspoon Hawaiian Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 whole Lemons, Sliced
- 5 sprigs Dill
- Set out the salmon (skin side down) on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Salt and pepper the flesh of the salmon.
- Add sliced lemons and dill on top of the salmon
- Fold over the sides of the foil and wrap up your salmon in a foil pouch.

- Place pouch on a rimmed baking sheet and put into the oven for 20 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
- Cut open the pouch and serve hot.
