Salmon en Papillote aka Salmon Pouches in an Oven

  1. Set out the salmon (skin side down) on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Salt and pepper the flesh of the salmon.
  3. Add sliced lemons and dill on top of the salmon
  4. Fold over the sides of the foil and wrap up your salmon in a foil pouch.

  6. Place pouch on a rimmed baking sheet and put into the oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Cut open the pouch and serve hot.
