Oyster Curry Recipe

  1. Heat oysters in their liqour till their edges curl.
  2. Set aside oysters, keeping hot.
  3. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to oyster liquor to make 2 c..
  4. Blend butter and flour till smooth to make a cream sauce.
  5. Stir in lowfat milk and oyster liquor mix.
  6. Continue to stir till curry has thickened and is smooth, then add in salt and curry pwdr.
  7. Add in oysters and serve.
  8. Optional: Serve with warm fluffy rice and provide small bowls of minced raw onion, chutney, crispy crumbled bacon, grated egg yolks for sprinkling at table.
