Turkey with Barbecue Spice Rub
- 1/4 cup paprika (about 1 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 tsp. adobo seasoning
- 1 turkey (10 lb.), thawed if frozen
- 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Turkey
- Combine seasonings.
- Rinse turkey with cold water; pat dry.
- Rub seasoning mixture evenly onto turkey.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Bake turkey as directed on package.
- Remove turkey from oven.
- Let stand a few minutes before carving.
- Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mixes as directed on packages.
- Carve turkey.
- Serve with stuffing.
