Grilled Ham and Chikuwa with Mayonnaise
- 3 Chikuwa
- 2 slice Ham
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise.
- Slice ham to the same size as the chikuwa.
- Spread out the chikuwa with the outside (the browned side) facing up.
- Top with ham, and roll it up.
- Skewer with a pick.
- Heat a frying pan and spread vegetable oil.
- Grill both sides of the chikuwa roll (from step 2).
- When both sides are golden brown, add mayonnaise and coarsely ground black pepper and serve.
