Mexican Casserole

  1. Cook ground meat over medium-high heat Season meat with salt, pepper, onion and chili powder while cooking.
  2. Drain and season with taco sauce.
  3. Place half package of tortillas on bottom of greased pan.
  4. Spread cooked meat over this.
  5. Spread beans over this and add another layer of tortillas.
  6. Cover with Ro-Tel and mushroom soup.
  7. Place grated or sliced cheese over this.
  8. Bake 1 hour at 350u0b0 or 30 minutes at 400u0b0 if you're in a hurry.
  9. If baked at 400u0b0, make sure the cheese doesn't get too brown.
  10. I've gotten a lot of compliments over this dish!
  11. Serves about 10.
