Salmon with Dill and Horseradish Sauce

  1. Set oven 400F , wash your fish, sprinkle garlic salt, pepper , put some fresh dill on greased baking dish/ tray , then place your fish skin down ( if has it) then squeeze lemon all over the salmon.
  2. Slice lemon, and onions , cover the fish with it, cover with aluminum paper, transfer into oven .
  3. Cook until fish gets flaky when you insert a fork .
  4. About 30 mints, take off the aluminum foil and turn on broil for about 10 mins, until onions and lemons turn their color
  5. Prepare sauce ; mix chopped onions , horseradish , mayo and sour cream , add dill.
  6. If you like add few drops of lime juice .
  7. Serve with it
