Feta Cheese and Tomato Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cheese, onions, oil, garlic, and oregano.
  2. Toss gently and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. At serving time, add House Seasoning to taste.
  4. Spoon the salad onto a bed of lettuce leaves.
  5. Serve with a good crusty bread.
