Peanut Butter Triple Toffee Cookies
- 1 cup butter
- 12 cup vegetable shortening
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 34 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup almond brickle chips
- 0.5 (6 1/2 ounce) jar powdered peanut butter (PB2)
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Lightly grease baking sheets.
- Cream butter, shortening at medium speed until creamy.
- Gradually add sugars, PB2, water, vanilla, salt, soda., then add dry ingredients.
- Once well mixed, then stir in chocolate chips and toffee chips.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls about a few inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-11 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Let cool and then remove to wire racks.
