Meat Balls For Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- Soak bread in some water for a minute or possibly so; then squeeze out moisture.
- Mix with other ingredients.
- Form in small balls.
- Brown in 2 Tbsp.
- oil or possibly shortening.
- Remove from skillet and add in to spaghetti sauce.
- Simmer for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over warm spaghetti.
