Inside-Out Stuffed Peppers

  1. In a skillet, brown beef, drain.
  2. Transfer to a greased 2 quart casserole.
  3. Add the next 8 ingredients.
  4. Cover and bake at 350F (180C) for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
  5. Uncover and sprinkle with the cheese; return to the oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
