Slow Cooked Swiss Steak With Chipotle Chile Sauce

  1. Spoon soup into 4 to 8-quart slow cooker.
  2. Top with beef round steak, cutting into pieces if necessary to place in single layer.
  3. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, ketchup, chiles and garlic; mix well.
  4. Spread over beef.
  5. Top with tomatoes.
  6. Cover; cook on Low setting 8 to 9 hours.
  7. About 10 minutes before serving, add bell pepper.
  8. Cover; cook 10 minutes longer.
  9. To serve, remove beef from slow cooker; place on cutting board.
  10. Cut into serving-sized pieces.
  11. Serve beef with sauce from slow cooker.
