Linguine Vongole

  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Saute oil, garlic, chili pepper, and parsley.
  3. Add wine and cook 1 minute.
  4. Add clams and cook thoroughly.
  5. Drain pasta and add to saute pan.
  6. Toss with romano or parmasan cheese.
  7. Serve.
