Brazil Nut Ice Cream Pie Recipe

• 1 pound shelled Brazil nuts
• 3 tbsp. sugar
• 1 quart. coffee, chocolate or possibly other flavor ice cream

1. Grind the nuts fine - it should produce 1 1/2 c. of nuts.
2. Mix with sugar.
3. Reserve 1/4 c. of nuts.
4. Press mix into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
5. Fill the shell with softened ice cream.
6. Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
7. Freeze till hard.
