Chicken or Turkey Burritos
- Mixture 1
- 2 cups Cooked, Cooled And Cubed Chicken Breasts Or Turkey
- 2 whole Avocados, Diced
- 1/2 cups Sliced Black Olives
- 13 cups Plain Yogurt
- Mixture 2
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 whole Green Bell Peppers, Chopped
- 1 whole Medium Chopped Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Small Diced Green Chilies
- 2 dashes Tabasco, Or To Taste
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 6 whole Flour Tortillas
- Combine ingredients for Mixture 1.
- In separate bowl, combine ingredients for Mixture 2.
- Refrigerate both until nice and cold.
- Heat flour tortillas in microwave just until heated through and pliable.
- Fill each tortilla with spoonfuls of mixture 1 and then mixture 2.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Roll tortilla for burrito.
