Peppadew Pepper Hummus
- 8 Peppadew Peppers, Drained
- 1 cup Chickpeas Or Garbanzo Beans, Drained
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 1 head Roasted Garlic, Skin Removed
- 1/2 cups Tahini Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 cups Grapessed Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- Drain the peppers and beans.
- In a food processor, combine the peppers, beans, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, garlic salt and grapeseed oil.
- Combine until all ingredients are chopped up and smooth.
- Sprinkle chili powder on top of the hummus and serve.
