Creamy Lentil and Bacon Bowties

  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  3. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of the pasta water.

  5. Meanwhile, heat the lentils and bacon bits in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  6. Add the cream cheese and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  9. Add the pasta to the skillet when its done and add a handful of spinach.
  10. Toss to incorporate and let the spinach wilt.
  11. Sprinkle in the parmesan and stir.
  12. Add a bit of reserved pasta water if it seems too dry.
  13. Remove to a plate and serve.
