Blueberry Jello Recipe
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages raspberry Jello
- 1 pkg. frzn raspberries
- 1 pkg. frzn blueberries
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 pt. half and half, or possibly coffee cream
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 1 env. Knox gelatin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- First layer: Dissolve 1 pkg.
- Jello in warm water, pour in 9x13 pan, add in frzn raspberries, set till hard.
- Second layer: heat half and half, lowfat sour cream, vanilla and sugar.
- Heat till sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.
- Mix Knox gelatin with cool water and add in to half and half mix.
- When Jello is hard and other mix is cold, pour over first layer.
- Third layer: Dissolve 1 pkg.
- Jello in warm water, add in blueberries, cold, and pour over second layer.
