If You Live Overseas, Use Pasta To Make Chinese Noodles!
- 2 servings Pasta (very thin type)
- 1 tbsp Baking soda
- 1 dash Salt
- 3 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 dash Ra-yu
- 1 dash Sesame seeds
- Add the baking soda and salt to boiling water, and put in the pasta.
- After a while, the water will smell like egg noodles.
- Boil the pasta for the time specified on the packet.
- If you are going to be using the noodles for yakisoba (pan fried noodles) later, cook the pasta so that they are a bit firm.
- Drain the cooked pasta, cool it down in cold running water to tighten it up, and it's done.
- You can serve it with the sauce as tsuke-men (noodles dipped in sauce).
