Broth Simmered Rice
- 1 3/4 c. Swanson Chicken Broth
- 3/4 c. regular long-grain white rice
- Heat the broth in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.
- Stir in the rice.
- Reduce the heat to low.
