Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Apples and Herbs

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat; cook 4 to 6 min.
  3. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  4. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add apples to same skillet; cook and stir 4 min.
  6. or until crisp-tender.
  7. Add remaining ingredients; stir to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet.
  8. Return meat to skillet; spoon apple mixture over meat.
  9. Cook until meat and apple mixture are heated through.
