Home Made Russian Gatsby.

• 2 French loaves
• 4 Tomatoes sliced
• 3 onions sliced
• 6 Russian sausage
• 3 Potatoes cut into french fries
• 12 Eggs
• 100 grams Butter
• 1 Salt and pepper to taste
• 100 ml mayonnaise
• 100 ml Tomato ketchup
• 50 ml Peri-peri sauce

1. Mix together all the ingrediends for the Dressing sauce
2. Cut each french loaf into 3 equal pieces, cut open and butter
3. Braise onions until lightly brown, add salt and pepper
4. Fry french fries until cooked
5. Fry sausages and slice each one into 4, length wise
6. Fry eggs to your preference
7. On the bottom half of the french loaves start with a layer of sliced tomato
8. Follow with braised onions
9. Now add the sausage then the fries
10. Topped with sauce
11. Finally add 2 eggs per roll
12. Close and enjoy
