BBQ Peach Pork Chops
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 4 fresh peaches, halved, pitted
- 1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
- 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Blend barbecue sauce, 4 peach halves and ginger in blender until smooth.
- Reserve half the sauce for serving with the cooked chops.
- Cut remaining peach halves into 3 wedges each.
- Place chops and peach wedges on grill grate; brush with some of the remaining sauce.
- Grill 4 min., turning peaches and brushing with some of the remaining sauce after 2 min.
- Remove peaches from grill.
- Cook chops an additional 4 to 5 min.
- or until done (145 degrees F), brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
- Remove from grill.
- Let stand 3 min.
- Meanwhile, heat reserved sauce.
- Place chops on platter; top with peaches.
- Drizzle with reserved sauce; sprinkle with onions.
