BBQ Peach Pork Chops

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Blend barbecue sauce, 4 peach halves and ginger in blender until smooth.
  3. Reserve half the sauce for serving with the cooked chops.
  4. Cut remaining peach halves into 3 wedges each.
  5. Place chops and peach wedges on grill grate; brush with some of the remaining sauce.
  6. Grill 4 min., turning peaches and brushing with some of the remaining sauce after 2 min.
  7. Remove peaches from grill.
  8. Cook chops an additional 4 to 5 min.
  9. or until done (145 degrees F), brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
  10. Remove from grill.
  11. Let stand 3 min.
  12. Meanwhile, heat reserved sauce.
  13. Place chops on platter; top with peaches.
  14. Drizzle with reserved sauce; sprinkle with onions.
