Cheesy Salsa Dip

  1. In processor or blender, mix salsa and green chilies for 30 seconds to 1 minute to smooth out mixture.
  2. Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and blend until combined.
  3. Note: Its important to allow the cream cheese to warm to room temperature to ensure a smooth finished product.
  4. Add-ins: some various add-ins I have tried over the years include a handful of chopped cilantro leaves, 1/2 tbsp.
  5. of cumin, some sliced red chilis for spice, and some jalapenos (to taste).
  6. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
