Bubbletini

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces vodka
• 1 1/2 teaspoons peach schnapps
• 1/2 teaspoon Chambord
• 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 to 3 ounces chilled Champagne
• 1 lemon twist

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the vodka, schnapps, Chambord and lemon juice and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with the Champagne.
4. Garnish with the lemon twist.
