Fire Department Cabbage Casserole

• 1 head chopped cabbage
• 1 md. chopped onion
• 1 pkg. turkey kielbasa, chopped
• 3 md. peeled chopped potatoes
• 3 tbsp. butter
• margarine
• Cajun seasoning, to taste
• Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Brown kielbasa in melted butter.
2. Combine with the rest of the ingredients in a large pot, add 1/8 cup of water.
3. Cover and simmer until potatoes or done.
