Simmered Chicken Wings and Boiled Eggs
- 400 grams Chicken wings (the first and mid sections of the wing)
- 4 Eggs
- 2 clove Garlic
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 60 ml Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 200 ml Water
- Boil the eggs and peel them.
- Dust the chicken wing pieces very lightly with white flour.
- Crush the garlic with the side of a knife.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan, and pan fry the chicken wing pieces.
- When they are browned, add the ingredients marked (soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, water), garlic and eggs.

- When it comes to a boil, turn down the heat to low and put on a lid.
- Lift the lid open occasionally to check on its progress and turn the eggs over.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes.
- When the sauce has reduced to about the level you see in the photo, it's done.
