Green Beans, Mushrooms And Mustard Sauce
- 8 ounces green beans
- 2 ounces plain white mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- Trim and wash beans.
- Steam over water about 7 minutes.
- Wash, trim stems and dry mushrooms.
- Slice thinly.
- In serving bowl, combine mustard and vinegar; stir in mushrooms.
- Drain beans and cut in half.
- Stir into mushrooms and dressing.
