Green Beans, Mushrooms And Mustard Sauce

  1. Trim and wash beans.
  2. Steam over water about 7 minutes.
  3. Wash, trim stems and dry mushrooms.
  4. Slice thinly.
  5. In serving bowl, combine mustard and vinegar; stir in mushrooms.
  6. Drain beans and cut in half.
  7. Stir into mushrooms and dressing.
