Sara Lou's Hot Taco Dip

• 2 cups sour cream
• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups shredded four-cheese Mexican blend cheese
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
• 1 (4 1/2 ounce) cansliced black olives, drained
• 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
• 12 cup green pepper, chopped (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Beat sour cream, cream cheese and mexican cheese blend in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until well combined.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Pour into baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
5. (she used a deep dish pie dish).
6. Bake 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
7. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
