Butter Chicken
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 teaspoon turmeric
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (16 -19 ounce) candiced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 rotisserie-cooked chicken
- 13 cup light cream
- 14 cup light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add garlic and onions.
- Fry 2-3 minute.
- Add rest of ingredients down to chicken.
- Simmer on low for 10 minute.
- Add chicken and creams and simmer 5 minute.
- Serve over rice and garnish with cilantro.
