Roast chicken thighs Korean style
- 8 each chicken thighs, skin on
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup minced green onion
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375
- Place thighs skin side down in large baking dish
- Combine the remaining ingredients, pour over thighs
- Bake 45 minutes uncovered
- Turn thighs over, bake an additional 15 minutes
