Mom's Cheese Dip
- 12 lb Velveeta Mexican cheese
- 1 lb sausage
- 12 cup chunky salsa
- 12-1 cup milk
- Cook sausage using spatula to chop meat into small pieces.
- Spoon sausage onto papertowels to drain excess grease.
- Cube Velveeta and put into microwavable bowl.
- Toss Velveeta and sausage adding milk to soften.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir, adding milk if needed.
- Microwave 1 more minute.
- Once its all mixed together and still thick, add your salsa.
- (you may need to add milk if too thick for you b4 adding the salsa).
- We heat our tortilla chips and drown them in this dip with some sour cream on top!
