Caramel Popcorn Recipe

• 1/2 c. Butter or possibly Margarine
• 1 c. Corn Syrup
• 2 c. Brown Sugar
• 4 quart Popped 94% fat-free butter flavor Microwave Popcorn - or possibly air popped

1. Bring the first three ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan.
2. Boil one minute and pour over 4 qts of popped popcorn.
3. Spread onto waxed paper for loose caramel corn or possibly form into balls with buttered hands.
4. Variations: Cracker JackAdd 1 c. dry roasted peanuts to caramel mix just before pouring over popcorn.
5. Follow directions as above for loose caramel corn.
6. Spooky MixAdd 1 c. Cashews to caramel mix just before pouring over popcorn.
7. Mix as directed above, and when loose caramel corn is cooled, add in 2 c. Candy Corn and 1 c. Raisins; toss.
8. Makes a great snack mix!
