Fish in Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Coat fish with flour; add to skillet.
  5. Cook 5 to 7 min.
  6. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Meanwhile, blend next 4 ingredients in blender until smooth; pour into medium saucepan.
  8. Bring to boil on medium-high heat; simmer on low heat 3 to 5 min.
  9. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  10. Serve fish topped with sauce and cilantro.
