Creamy Cole Slaw
- 1 lb cabbage, shredded
- 12 cup sliced scallion
- 12 cup chopped parsley
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon white pepper
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, scallions and parsley.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayo, yogurt, vinegar, milk, celery seeds, salt and pepper.
- Add to cabbage and toss to mix well.
- Use within two days.
