Peanut Butter Dressing On Tofu
- 2 tsp creamy peanut buuter
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 5 tbsp lg szechuan chili oil
- 2 tsp grated szechuan peppercorn
- 1 tsp fine chili powder
- 100 ml vegetable stock or any stock
- 1 packages silky soft tofu
- 200 ml vegetable stock or any stock
- 1 tsp crush peanut
- 1 tbsp spring onion
- 1 tsp LG szechuan chili oil
- FOR THE LG SZECHUAN CHILI OIL PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENTS BELOW
- Mix all ingredient and set aside
- Bring stock to a boil then add into the mixture
- SERVING OPTION 1
- Simmer tofu in chicken stock for 5 minute then drain and set aside
- Drizzle szechuan dressing on tofu and top with extra 1 tsp of lg szechuan chili oil and crush peanut and spring onion
- SERVE OPTION 2 AS DIPPING SAUCE FOR ANY MEAT DISHES
- SERVE TOFU IN PEANUT SAUCE TOP SPRING ONION AND CRUSH PEANUT ON WHITE RICE
