Peanut Butter Dressing On Tofu

  1. FOR THE LG SZECHUAN CHILI OIL PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENTS BELOW
  2. Mix all ingredient and set aside
  3. Bring stock to a boil then add into the mixture
  4. SERVING OPTION 1
  5. Simmer tofu in chicken stock for 5 minute then drain and set aside
  6. Drizzle szechuan dressing on tofu and top with extra 1 tsp of lg szechuan chili oil and crush peanut and spring onion
  7. SERVE OPTION 2 AS DIPPING SAUCE FOR ANY MEAT DISHES
  8. SERVE TOFU IN PEANUT SAUCE TOP SPRING ONION AND CRUSH PEANUT ON WHITE RICE
