Asparagus And Crunchy Orange Top Recipe

  1. Snap off tough ends of the asparagus.
  2. Remove scales if you like.
  3. Arrange asparagus in a vegetable steamer over boiling water.
  4. Cover and steam 4-min till crisp tender.
  5. Drain; arrange on a serving platter and keep hot.
  6. Heat margarine in a small saucepan over low heat; add in almonds, and saute/fry' till lightly toasted.
  7. Stir in marmalade; cook till heated.
  8. Spoon over asparagus.
