Diabetes-Friendly Pineapple Cilantro Popcicles

  1. Put pineapple, cilantro, and lime juice in blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into six 3-ounce ice-pop molds and add sticks.
  3. Freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen.
  4. Dip molds in tepid water to help remove the pops.
