Brad's cheese fried fish

  1. cut fish into serving size pieces
  2. mix panko, cheese, garlic, and salt.
  3. mix rice flour with water.
  4. depending on flour u might need a little more water.
  5. should be the consistency of pancake batter.
  6. season with a little salt.
  7. dredge fish in tempura, then roll in panko mix.
  8. lightly press crumbs into fish.
  9. fry in 360F oil until golden brown.
  10. drain on paper towels.
  11. serve with dipping sauce of choice.
  12. i used tartar sauce and creamy french dressing.
